海外配送　DHL（DAP）を利用して、関税・消費税はお受け取り時に別途ご精算いただきます。離島やアクセスが困難な地域への配送は、標準料金よりも大幅に高くなる場合がございます。その際は、ご注文完了前にメールにて配送料金の再計算についてご連絡いたします。 配送先リストにお客様の国がない場合は、クライアントサービスまでご連絡ください。

Domestic Shipping within Japan
Shipping Fee: flat rate of ¥770 nationwide via Sagawa Express

International Shipping 
International shipments are handled via DHL (DAP).  Import duties and consumption tax shall be paid separately by the recipient upon delivery. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout. Please note that shipping costs to remote or hard-to-reach regions may be significantly higher than standard rates. In such cases, we will contact you via email to recalculate the shipping cost before completing your order. If your country is not listed in the shipping destination options, please reach out to our Client Service, and we will provide a personalized shipping quote for you.

 

Shipping to Russia and Belarus. The possibility of shipping to Russia and Belarus depends on the design of the item and its availability in our CIS warehouse. Please contact us via the inquiry form on the website prior to placing your order.

 

Delivery Timeframe

Orders will be shipped within seven (7) business days after payment confirmation.

不良品の場合　商品到着後速やかにお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。

返品/交換　商品到着後14日以内とさせていただきます。商品は、未使用・未着用で損傷のない状態、かつすべてのタグ、ラベル、糸などが取り外されていない状態でご返送いただく必要があります。着用・使用・損傷・改変の痕跡が確認された場合、返金をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。

返品送料　お客様のご負担とさせていただきます・不良品に該当する場合は当社で負担いたします。

Defective Products
In the event of a defective product, please contact us promptly via the inquiry form upon receipt of the item.

Returns / Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will be accepted within fourteen (14) days of the product's arrival. Items must be returned in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, labels, and threads intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the item has been worn, used, damaged, or tampered with in any way.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. In cases where the item is deemed defective, return shipping costs will be covered by our company.​​
